Contact Check’d Support
Email support@getcheckd.online, the support address listed on the Check’d product website. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description. Do not include private photos, precise locations or passwords.
Free and Check’d+
Free includes one active Moment with unlimited Checks, manual confirmations, timestamps and basic reminders. Check’d+ adds unlimited Moments, Photo Confirmation, Home Screen widgets and full history. Current purchase options and prices are shown inside the app.
Purchases and reminders
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for purchase. Check notification and location permissions in iOS Settings if a reminder is not working.
Using version 1.0.6
These instructions apply to version 1.0.6. Update Check’d from the App Store before setting up the new features.
Schedules, skipping and undo
Choose the days for a Moment and, if needed, different days for an individual Check. Today’s list follows that schedule and your reset time. Skipping today does not create a Confirmation. Use undo to reverse an accidental action.
Apple Watch and widgets
Install the companion app on your paired Apple Watch, then open Check’d on both devices to synchronize. Offline actions can wait for the next connection; background synchronization and widget refresh are controlled by Apple and may not be immediate. If the Watch says its schedule is outdated, reconnect and open the iPhone app before continuing. Review any conflict message instead of assuming an action was accepted. Photo attachments and location coordinates are not transferred to the Watch.
Location reminders
For a Moment, choose a location, arrival or departure, selected days and an optional time window. Enable the notification and location permissions requested by the app. Location reminders depend on iOS region monitoring and may arrive late or not at all under some system conditions. They are reminders, not a safety monitoring service.
Siri and Shortcuts
In Apple’s Shortcuts app, find Check’d actions and choose the Moment or Check you want to use. You can start a Moment, confirm a Check or show its latest confirmation. Complete device authentication when requested. Only confirm something you have actually checked.
Live Activities
Explicitly start live progress from your Moment to show its progress on supported system surfaces. Allow Live Activities in system settings. A supported iPhone is required for Dynamic Island. The Moment name can be visible on the Lock Screen; avoid sensitive names if you share access to your screen. Stop live progress in the app when you no longer need it.
