Information stored by KlusSom
KlusSom stores information you choose to enter, including project measurements, material and labour prices, business details, customer details and quote versions. This information is stored only on your device to provide the app’s functionality. Never Wonder Labs does not receive it.
No account, analytics or tracking
KlusSom does not require an account and contains no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking or Never Wonder Labs analytics service. We do not sell or rent personal information.
PDF exports and sharing
KlusSom creates a PDF quote only when you request it. You choose its destination through Apple’s standard sharing interface. The selected third-party app or service then handles that file under its own privacy policy. KlusSom does not upload the PDF to Never Wonder Labs.
Retention and deletion
Projects remain on your device until you delete them in KlusSom. Remaining local app information is removed when you delete the app. Exported PDFs remain wherever you chose to save or share them and must be deleted there separately. Never Wonder Labs cannot recover locally deleted projects.
Support communications
If you email support, Never Wonder Labs receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. Do not send customer names, addresses, financial information or complete quotes unless strictly necessary. Support correspondence is used only to respond and maintain the service, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Children
KlusSom is a general productivity app and is not directed specifically at children. The app does not operate an online service that collects personal information from children or adults.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date and in the App Store privacy information before the changed data practice is released.
