Email support@neverwonderagain.com. Include the app version, device model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Do not send private evidence, full serial numbers, financial documents or your App Lock code.
Your first 3 Assets
Your first 3 Assets are free. Existing records remain readable, exportable and recoverable without Vault’d Pro. The current Pro options and prices are shown in the app.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple handles payments and the purchase history needed for restoration.
Local storage and backups
Your records are stored locally. Never Wonder Labs cannot remotely view or recover your Vault. Make a local backup before removing the app or changing devices. Backup format version 1 is not encrypted by Vault’d, so choose a safe destination.
App Lock
Never Wonder Labs cannot retrieve or reset your App Lock code. Do not send the code to support.
