Racket Pro Support

We're here when you need us.

Getting help

Email support@neverwonderagain.com. Include the Racket Pro version, your iPhone or Apple Watch model, operating-system version, sport and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain information you prefer to keep private.

One-time sport purchases and Racket Pro Full

Unlock an individual sport with a permanent one-time purchase, or choose Racket Pro Full for all seven sports. These non-consumable purchases are associated with your Apple Account through Apple's StoreKit system. Existing Full owners retain access to all seven sports. There is no subscription or advertising; current localized prices are shown before purchase.

Restore Purchase

Open the Racket Pro Full purchase screen and select Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase and has an internet connection. Apple controls purchase history, payment processing and restoration availability.

Never send us your Apple Account password, payment-card details or banking credentials. We will never ask for them.

Your first free match

Your first complete match is free. Choose a supported sport and match format to try the scoring flow. After the trial match, unlock an individual sport or choose Racket Pro Full for all seven sports.

Apple Watch

Start or resume the match on iPhone, then open Racket Pro on the paired Apple Watch. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi available for the most reliable handoff. The Watch can mirror the active match and send scoring changes back to the iPhone through Apple's WatchConnectivity service.

Tournaments

Racket Pro Full includes tournament and competition tools for singles and doubles where supported. You can create knockouts, round robins, ladders, free play and rotating-partner formats, then record results and continue through the bracket.

Rulebook

Use search and sport filters to find rules inside the app. Racket Pro includes a searchable rulebook for convenient reference. For official competition decisions, the current regulations of the applicable governing body remain authoritative.

Racket Pro is not presented as endorsed by the International Padel Federation or another governing body.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what you expected, what occurred and whether it can be repeated. For scoring questions, include the sport, selected format and score immediately before the issue. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Privacy

Read Racket Pro Privacy for details about local storage, iCloud, Apple Watch, widgets, Live Activities and StoreKit.
