Family Organiser uses iCloud to share household content, and a separate service to manage access and verify Premium. This policy explains both.
Who is responsible?
Family Organiser is provided by Wonder Labs, also known as Never Wonder Labs. We are responsible for the personal information processed by our app service as described here. Contact us at privacy@neverwonderagain.com; general support is available at support@neverwonderagain.com.
Household information and content
You and the other members provide household and member names, roles, colours, tasks, schedules, assignments, checklist items, completion history and any photos or QR-code images you attach. This content is stored on your devices and, when sharing is enabled, synchronised through Apple iCloud/CloudKit. Members of the shared household can see the information shared with that household. An organiser manages participation. Only share content you are comfortable making available to those members.
Identity, invitations and parental approval
Our access-control service uses household and member identifiers, Apple sign-in identifiers for linked adults, CloudKit participant and share identifiers, member roles, invitation state, and access changes. For child invitations it also records the approving guardian, the linked member, the decision and its time. A child with a separate iCloud account can participate after a parent or guardian approves access, without Sign in with Apple. Apple handles the Apple account and authentication; we do not receive Apple account passwords or Face ID data.
Our service providers
Apple provides iCloud/CloudKit, Apple account authentication and App Store purchases. Cloudflare hosts our access-control and subscription-verification service. The access-control service stores membership, invitation, authorisation and reconciliation records, including security/audit records and operation outcomes. It does not use task photos or checklist content to verify a subscription. Hosting providers process connection information such as IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the service. Our website is hosted by Netlify. If you email us, our email service processes your address and message.
Purchases and Premium
Apple processes payments. We receive signed transaction information, product and transaction identifiers, purchase environment, expiry or revocation information and the household identifier used to associate Premium with your household. Our server checks Apple’s current subscription status. The signed purchase proof is stored with the household and synchronised through CloudKit so its members can obtain access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple retains its own purchase records under its policies.
Permissions, notifications and optional content
Photo selection and camera access are used when you choose to attach an image. Notifications are used for task-related updates and reminders when enabled. You can control permissions through device settings. Attached images, including any personal information visible in them, are shared as household content. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information or reusable access codes.
Why we process this information
We process information needed to provide household sharing, tasks and purchased features as part of delivering the service. We use membership checks and limited technical/security records for our legitimate interests in preventing unauthorised access, fraud and service failures. Optional permissions and features remain under your control; where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We may retain information when required by law. We do not sell personal information, use household content for advertising, or include advertising-tracking SDKs in Family Organiser.
Children and household members
The adult inviting a child must be their parent or guardian and approve participation. The app records that approval; it does not independently verify legal guardianship. Children do not receive organiser rights or purchase prompts. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information or ask the organiser to remove access. Removing access does not automatically delete every task, completion record or attachment previously shared with the household.
Retention and deletion
Device and iCloud content remains until removed through the available household controls or applicable Apple storage controls. Uninstalling the app does not delete shared iCloud data. Membership, invitation, reconciliation and audit records are retained separately by our service; revoking participation or marking a household deleted does not automatically purge those records. Contact us to request deletion of service-held records. We assess what can be erased and explain any information that must remain for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Support messages are retained for handling the request and related follow-up. Apple and our infrastructure providers manage their own records and backups under their applicable policies.
International processing and security
Apple, Cloudflare, Netlify and email infrastructure may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards govern that processing; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request. We use authenticated access, encrypted network connections and verification of Apple purchase information. Shared household data is accessible to authorised household participants; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Email privacy@neverwonderagain.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or guardianship, and must also protect the rights of other household members. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Learn about data protection rights from the EDPB.

We update this notice when the service or its data practices change and show the revised date here. For information about provider practices, see Apple’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Netlify’s privacy policy.
